What do I need to look out for?

• Any areas where your roof or ceilings have dropped.
• Any signs of water damage to your ceilings or in your loft.
• Light shining through your roof into your loft.
• Missing, broken or damaged roof tiles.
• Broken ridges.
• Rot, mould or fungus.
• Detached or damaged guttering.
• Debris/cement falling from your roof.
• Cracks or missing mortar from your chimney stack.
